I have been making paintings that use fragments of poetry for the past couple year. These works are abstractions of my thoughts, feelings and reflections on the poems (by Penelope Shuttle, Christina Rossetti, Elizabeth Jennings and Lawrence Binyon) that deal with the theme of loss and grief.
